Terms & Conditions of Hire
Payment Options:
Payments can be made via Bank transfer. Payments details will be provided on your invoice.
Public Holidays:
If your session is on a Public holiday there is a surcharge of %15 on top of any booking price.
Delivery of Images:
All clients, for all sessions are offered the free option of receiving digital downloads of their purchased images and/or video via Dropbox. USB's containing purchased digital images and/or video can be provided at an additional fee of $20 (including postage). Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery of USB’s.
Online Uploading:
Unless it is clearly stated that the client does not want the photographs and/or video from their event or session put online (Facebook, Website, Instagram, Twitter etc), all photos and/or video deemed appropriate and of high quality that have been taken by Regan Flynn Photography may be uploaded onto social media for promotional use.
Marketing & Promotion:
Regan Flynn Photography may reproduce images and/or video from a client's session for their own marketing, advertising, promotion and exhibition, both internally and external. Tegan Court Photography respects if a client wishes to have their photographs and/or video strictly private, this must be stated in writing either prior or during the session.
Copyright and Image Ownership:
Images and/or video taken by Regan Flynn Photography therefore belong to Regan Flynn Photography. Nevertheless, you are able to use Regan Flynn Photography’s images and/or video for personal uses within digital limits. Regan Flynn Photography’s images and/or video are not to be used for commercial purposes without agreement and permission.
The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images and/or video are left to the discretion of Regan Flynn Photography unless agreed otherwise.
Material Photographed:
Regan Flynn Photography is not liable for anything that is photographed. Regan Flynn Photography is happy too and will delete any photographs requested to be removed.
Regan Flynn Photography is not responsible for images and/or video not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide a Photographers and/or Videographers brief prior to the event or session.
Quantity/Quality:
Regan Flynn Photography takes a high number of photographs to ensure that they are of utmost quality. Regan Flynn Photography under no situation will upload/provide all the photos taken at an event/session. If a photograph is not uploaded, it no longer exists. Please do not request for photographs that have not been uploaded/provided.
Safety:
Regan Flynn Photography has the right to leave a booking at any time, without any advanced notice to their client due to safety and/or security reasons. This is due to the welfare of Regan Flynn Photography as well as the equipment that is used. If Regan Flynn Photography’s equipment fails due to technical faults made by your guests and failure to continue taking photos occurs, refunds will not be made out to the client.
The client is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which Regan Flynn Photography will be performing services.
Travel Fee:
Depending on the location of your booking, a Travel Fee may apply.
Privacy:
All information contained through booking messages will remain strictly confidential to Regan Flynn Photography. No information will be given out to other parties without the client’s knowledge and permission.
